Mimi's mission is very simple! To teach Kids YOGA that speaks to them. To introduce four simple elements: Mindfulness, Inner Peace, Meditation & Imagination through YOGA. Kids need and deserve the gifts that YOGA offer.
Yoga not only helps kids improve minds & bodies, but also helps with mindfulness and meditation. It is important to take a break from daily life in order to focus on yourself and have fun. The classes are very engaging & fun with upbeat music, breathing tips, and simple tools that show them that everything they need is already within them.
